Director of Finance and Accounting Job Opening in Palos Hills, Illinois - The Director of Finance/Accounting acts as the top financial advisor to the Executive Administrator (EA) and Practice Senior Partner. In conjunction with the EA, plans, directs and implements all aspects of financial strategy, decisions and activities impacting the practice.
Collaborates with EA, department leadership to develop and implement short and long-term strategic, operational, and financial plans for the practice. The preferred candidate will have the ability to work independently, multitask, motivate and educate. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and MS Office preferred.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field required, Master preferred.
