Compensation: 100% Commission after paid training with compensation range from $75,000 to $100,000.

What you will be doing?
Picture yourself calling warm leads who actually want to speak to you! NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED! These are only leads who have already made an introductory purchase with our company directly expressing interest in our program. Your job is to reach out and consult with these engaged and interested customers with the goal of building a relationship and advising them on how to succeed in their start in real estate investing using our proven strategies and systems. No prior real estate experience required and we will give you the training and tools necessary to write your own paycheck!
What we offer?
Top pay for top closers with no limit to commissions! Average reps make about $75,000 to $100,000 per year and commission is uncapped so the sky's the limit!
Paid training for first 60 days while you build a productive pipeline.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly spiffs including electronics and cash for winners!
W-2 Position offering medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm easy hours! And after initial introductory period get a key and alarm code and come in outside of these hours to make even more money!
Warm interested leads assigned to you daily and remain with you in your pipeline until they are ready to buy.

What we are looking for:
Solid track record of success with sales over the phone.
Experience selling self help, personal improvement, timeshares, solar, education, or any other product similar over the phone is a plus but not required.
Can do no quit attitude ready to take charge of your career
Consultative relationship building sales style.
A deep desire to help people pursue their financial dreams using a proven strategy.
Goal oriented.
Confident, dependable, and responsible individual ready to go to work and be well compensated.
