Account Manager Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - Sabio Systems is currently recruiting for an Account Management Professional with extensive Customer Service experience.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding new clients
Provide customer service through vendor portal and inbound emails
Managing client order process from beginning to end
Monitor inventory
Coordinates with the warehouse to ensure timely processing and delivery
Coordinates with Purchasing to ensure goals are met
Interact with vendors for material orders and pricing updates
Update reports for management
Keep marketing materials up to date
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with purchase orders
Shipment confirmation and tracking
Experience with merchant management software
MS Office proficient ? able to create Word docs and Excel files
Organized ? able to follow process flow and meet deadlines
Customer Service skills ? including email and phone-in
Detail-Oriented ? to make sure no customer requests are missed
Positive Attitude ? ready to tackle any challenge with optimism
