Our 24/7 tech support and customer service is handled in-house by professionals who can resolve issues as they arise. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is self-driven, goal-oriented, and enjoys problem solving while helping customers with their needs and is current with today?s technologies. As an Accounting and Customer Care Specialist, the individual would have the following responsibilities within our organization:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Processes new customer accounts, new orders, modifications and cancellations.
Performs accounts receivable functions including payment application, invoice processing, invoice printing and mailing, and filing.
Obtains necessary credit and payment information from customers.
Answers accounts receivable phone and email inquiries regarding invoices, payments, charge backs, account reconciliations, and requests for copies.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Maintains records of customer interactions utilizing computer software programs and systems.
Assists Accounting Manager with daily sales reconciliations and general ledger postings.
Assists Accounting Manager with accounts payable invoice processing.
Assist in monitoring aging reports and making collection calls for past due accounts. Obtains supporting documentation for collection efforts.
Demonstrates excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provides an excellent customer experience with every call or contact.
Contributes ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
Protects company?s value by keeping information confidential.
Completes miscellaneous tasks, projects and other related duties as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping; Preferred: customer service, accounts receivables and collections experience. Peachtree experience a plus.
Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
Must be a US citizen with the ability to work full time
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
