Treatment Coordinator/Lead Therapist Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - Northeast Family Services provides children and families with exceptional behavioral and mental health services. FUNCTIONS: The Treatment Coordinator serves as a liaison for the clinical team, client, family, direct service worker, and all collateral service providers. They are required to effectively implement ABA principals with clients as laid out in the individualized treatment plan, organize and review data, and manage all related program documentation.
JOB DUTIES:
Implement outlined treatment interventions and strategies with clients in a home-based setting
Educate parents and family members about implementation of treatment plan goals and objectives as directed by clinician
Monitor home based workers of assigned clients in order to ensure the fulfillment of approved treatment hours
Participate in the hiring, oversight, coordination, and training of home based staff
Ensure that all home-based workers are appropriately completing data sheets, shift notes, and time sheets
Develop necessary materials for client?s treatment as requested by clinician
Attend home visits
Collaborate with other provider agencies
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s Degree in psychology or related field
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
2 years? experience working 1:1 with children with mental or behavioral health diagnosis or special healthcare needs
Ability to work effectively within a team setting
Clear criminal background check
Current driver?s license, registration, and vehicle
