Chief Quality Officer/Risk Manager Job Opening in Burlington, New jersey - A small Long Term Acute Care Hospital is currently seeking a Chief Quality Officer (CQO)
Responsibilities for this role will include:
Planning, administration, and monitoring of continual readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements and quality-improvement processes
Oversee and coordinate hospital efforts to monitor compliance with regulatory, state, federal, and Joint Commission requirements
Initiate and oversee the development of ac comprehensive quality/performance improvement program, safety program, and compliance program
Directs and coordinates quality/performance improvement and hospital initiatives.
Serve as the Hospital Risk Manager
Conduct investigations into adverse patient events, making decisions regarding the need for Root Cause Analysis and Sentinel Event determination and if such occurrences are potentially compensable events.
MSN and current NJ RN license are the minimum clinical requirements.
Experience with Quality/Performance Improvement required
