Account Manager - Inside Sales Job Opening in Franklin, Wisconsin - We are seeking an enthusiastic software sales professional who can identify and develop new business opportunities, offer solutions that help clients achieve their business goals, closes business, and meets sales targets.
Identifies and solicits new business; builds and maintains a full pipeline of sales prospects.
Makes 30-40 calls/contacts per day to generate qualified meetings through cold calling, responding to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various marketing programs, sales campaigns, and target account prospecting.
Identifies client needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
Delivers effective sales presentation with a deep understanding of the value proposition.
Monitors competition to continually find new account leads.
Manage and nurture demand generation pipeline leads and opportunities; ensure progression of opportunities through the sales funnel.
Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive revenue

Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
Strong client service skills
Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills

WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3-5 years in software sales preferably in the healthcare industry
Healthcare market and familiarity with EMR software a plus
Experience using a CRM
Selling to Director level and above
Using Webex or similar application
EDUCATION
College degree in marketing, business, technical or healthcare field preferred
