Outside Sales Representative/Auto Parts Collision Job Opening in Orlando, Florida - Sell automotive Aftermarket parts to body shops, Dealers, Mechanical workshops, grow new customers, form profitable business partnerships with the market?s account base, and complete the following tasks:
Develop an account base that meets or exceeds territory expectations.
Promote and sell products for all of the lines we offer
Boost our cooling products
Work with store managers to continuously improve communication and service levels.
Work with factory representatives to gain product knowledge and additional sales.
Present our online ordering system to customers.
Communicate various installer programs and sales promotions (PARTS TRADE, CCC,OPS TRAC)
Teach the customer to use to order online
Collect payments from our customers
Create a prospect list for new accounts. Constantly work to grow account base.
Keep management informed of competition.
Attend meetings With insurance companies, conference calls and vendor/customer training clinics.
Maintain a call log and plan future sales activities
Punctuality
Able to consistently arrive to work, meetings and appointments on time.

Able to adapt to expected and unexpected changing business conditions. Be able to think creatively to overcome customer objections.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
A high school degree or equivalency is required. 2-3 years of experience with the Automotive Aftermarket, OR 4-5 years of experience with routine cold calling and sales territory management.
Driver?s License
Must have a valid Florida driver?s license. No more than three moving violations and/or accidents in the past 3 years.
Language Skills
Spanish language is a must
Problem-Solving and Reasoning
Must demonstrate the ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively, with a special emphasis on closing sales.
Physical Demands
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Dress Code
The employee must be suitably attired and groomed during work hours, or while representing the company. Uniforms may be provided.
Background Check and Drug Test
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
