Customer Service/Sales Specialists Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Customer Service/Sales Specialists Customer Service/Sales Specialists National cosmetic surgery group is seeking dynamic customer service/sales specialists Sono Bello's customer contact center located in Kirkland, WA is seeking customer service and sales professionals who want to be a part of a dynamic and growing team that will continue to allow us to provide the highest level of customer service possible. In this position you will learn about common cosmetic procedures, results, and technologies so that you can share your basic knowledge during customer inquiries and schedule patient consultations. These inquiries take place via both inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and live chats. Full Time and Part Time positions available! We are open from 6 AM to 12 AM, 7 days a week and are looking to hire immediately. Job requirements/skills: Outgoing and friendly personality A proven aptitude to provide professional and responsive customer service/sales via phone, e-mail and live chat. Must be able to multi-task and keep up with our fun, fast paced Contact Center. Effective oral and written communication skills Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, e-mail and live chat. Must be able to accurately type minimum 35 words per minute. A pre-employment typing test will be required. Strong organizational skills Essential Functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Ensure you provide exceptional customer service and proactively sell our products based on customer needs. Answer customer questions, inquires based on Company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
