The ZAAZ Microsoft Account Director role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new revenue opportunities with various Microsoft business groups and creating client interest in ZAAZ capabilities. He/she is responsible for the overall development and profitability of the account. The Account Director combines high expertise on digital trends and technologies with an intimate understanding of clients' goals and needs. For this position, previous experience working with or for Microsoft is a requirement as well as expertise working in the digital space. Internally, the Account Director oversees the translation of our client?s vision into business requirements participates on project teams working for his or her clients by reviewing team deliverables and providing strategic oversight. Responsibilities: ? Own and manage the ZAAZ relationship with key clients, with overall responsibility for the health of the account and satisfaction of clients and team members. ? Grow and maintain a book of business covering a diverse portfolio of solutions for Microsoft. ? Manage sales cycle and RPF response processed end to end, including writing of proposals and management of sales budgets. Support and involvement of the ZAAZ team during project execution. ? Track and report on account profitability, goals, and client budgets. ? Work closely with program and discipline leads on providing best in class client service and quality solutions to Microsoft, providing strategic guidance and industry insights. Required Skills: ? Ten years of client contact experience in a creative agency, communications or customer service environment; demonstrated impact on the communication and online strategy for major clients. ? Demonstrated ability to grow business, proven relationships and previous experience working with Microsoft. ? High knowledge and expertise in digital ? and personal perspective on ? Internet trends and technologies, business and site performance analysis, user centered design process. ? Outstanding ability to lead, convince and inspire in a client-service environment; superior listening, interviewing, meeting facilitation, sales, presentation and writing skills. ? Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace. ? Four-year post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications or other related field. ? Sense of humor and perspective critical. Additional Desirable Skills: ? Prior leadership role at growth-oriented creative or interactive firm. ? Specific experience with Global 1000 clients in marketing communications, Internet initiatives, branding or business analysis. ? Writing for publication or public speaking experience. ?
