We are seeking magnetic, energetic results driven individual with competitive drive. This position will include maintaining and growing an existing territory along with cold-calling and sourcing for new customers to drive the growth of your own book of business. We are looking for people who are driven by success and results. This person works best independently as well as with a team and elevating those around you.
With a strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency, you will ensure all customers are satisfied. Multitasking and strong communication skills are essential to the success of your business. We will provide ongoing training so that you can fully understand the ins and outs of our industry along with RelaDyne's processes and procedures.
You will be expected to keep all activity organized in CRM, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Providing outstanding customer service, while working directly with and supporting outside sales associates on medium to large customer accounts will be key.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established in consultation with corporate management
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Addresses customer requests and resolve customer complaints utilizing company tools & resources
Enter quotations, orders, and requests for credit promptly, completely and accurately
Follow-up on bids due to expire, orders, backorders, open quotations, and outstanding PO?s
Provide accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information to customers
Effectively maintain and update customer pricing
Provide customer with information about new products, services, and promotional offerings
Communicate company policies and procedures (warranty information, deposit policy, return goods policy, etc.
Assist in preparation of job quotes, stock list quotations, folders, and submittals upon request
Coordinate deliveries with the shipping manager, warehouse manager, or supplier
Assist in CVP presentations
Assist in building and maintaining customer target list
Generates business by conducting sales calls (cold calling)
Communicate openly and efficiently with other sales associates to provide them with information
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company

Education Experience
Minimum of Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree preferred
2 years prior Inside Sales experience (a plus)

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
