We are currently seeking candidates for a new growth position in recruiting working closely with our Medical Staffing Options hiring needs.
What is a Nurse Recruiter?
A Nurse Recruiter is a sales professional who finds nurses to hire for contracts that our company has with hospitals.
A Nurse Recruiter sources from various job boards as needed, and then interviews nurses they find, to potentially work on the assignment the recruiter is offering them.
A Nurse Recruiter reviews applications through online resources like Indeed, Facebook, etc.
A Nurse Recruiter extends offers and negotiates pay packages.
In addition to recruiting functions, a Nurse Recruiter collaborates with the credentialing department to ensure completion of pre-employment checks prior to start date. They also assist with onboarding employees to client facility as needed, manage timecards, resolve payroll or benefits questions, collaborate with facility to complete performance evaluation process, and document disciplinary action as needed.
Why is a Nurse Recruiter considered a Sales Professional?
A Nurse Recruiter is metrics-driven, and has an objective to close the sale (hire a nurse) by putting out as much activity? as it takes to do so. Activity? is effort through phone calls, interviews, etc. Hiring a nurse for an assignment is closing the sale.?
