Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Steubenville, Ohio - Outside Sales / Business Development ? Fast-paced growth oriented company who is seeking motivated individuals. We are an established 30 year old Cleaning and Restoration Company with a solid reputation for quality customer care and responsiveness throughout Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Job Duties: (Including, but not limited to)
Establish and maintain relationships with area lead sources such as residential /commercial and industrial customers.
Engage potential clients through on-site visits.
Cold calling existing and potential customers.
Pursue and develop solid business relationships with property managers, general contractors and other potential clients and lead sources.
Use consultative and educational sales methodology to close prospects.
Develop and maintain marketing routes and schedules.
Send out monthly mailers.
Attend local networking events.
Maintain database of prospects and sales activity.
Participates in company functions and events.
Uphold all company policies, procedures and safety policies.
Requirements:
Outside sales experience ? ability to live/work in geographical territory.
Strong sales skills. Must be assertive.
Must be able to work without supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills. Office, word, excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong multi tasking skills.
Ability to react well under pressure.
