Position Overview:
This role is designed to be a hybrid of agency project management, submission coordination and business operations. This blend requires the incumbent to be smart, flexible, polished and detail-oriented. The roles listed below are subject to change.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops, owns and manages project and program timelines
Updates, owns and manages daily hot sheet and weekly status report, including facilitating hot sheet and status meetings with internal team
Manages the project lifecycle from inception to completion and is comfortable with workflow processes for multiple tactics
Completes Medical Regulatory submissions within client system(s), while incorporating quality control processes into each submission
Demonstrates effective planning, organization and time management skills
Proactively identifies project issues/problems, assists in issue/problem resolution and provides project updates and collaborates with team members to initiate solutions
Ensures all QA has been performed and approves completeness of project deliverables
Organize project workflow & creative deliverables between agency, internal client technology team and vendor management
Miscellaneous team support
Additional responsibilities may be added as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in business, economics or related field
1 year related work experience
High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates must possess US work authorization
Occasional travel may be required
This position requires regular travel to client sites. We offer a competitive compensation package with salary and bonus incentives. We are an equal opportunity employer.
