Customer Data Technician Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Overview:
'- Research and implement data enhancements (population of additional data elements) required for reporting & analysis, digital, or other activities .- Investigate questions or issues related to master data elements and provide resolution in a timely fashion.- Responsibility for auditing and correcting data quality of customer records, decide whether duplicates exist, take steps to cleanse duplicated data.
- Lead deduplication and requalification efforts for key data elements.- Using web browser based tools: search for and identify matches of orphaned records to existing customers.- Using mainframe and MS Office based tools: search for and identify matches of orphaned records to existing products.
Primary Skills:
