Job requirement for this sales role
(1) Very strong sales skills. The candidates need to have more than 4-year sales experience or buyer experience in outdoor power equip/tool industry.
(2)Have close relationship with home depot, sears/ kmart, lowes, menards,walmart, tractor supply, true value, ace hardware, etc., and good at negotiation
(3) Experience in ariens, toro, worx, basco, black decker, echo, generac power system, tti, MTD are preferred
(4) Experience in internet marketing(especially amazon seller/ebay) will be a plus
(5) Knowledgeable of outdoor power tool(snow blower, lawn mower, etc.)
(6) Have exposed to international working environment, especially China
(7) Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can adapt to under-pressure work. Be honest, and have sense of ownership
