Regional Director Operations Job Opening in South Bend, Indiana - Health Facility Administrator License required in Indiana
Due to our continued growth and expansion into Indiana we are currently hiring a Full time Regional Director of Operations for our Northeast IL & Northern Indiana territory.
Responsible for providing management and supervision to multiple senior living communities in the Northeast Region of IL & Northern Indiana. Oversees overall operations and planning activities of the facility such as, staffing, operations, regulatory compliance, finance and marketing. Also responsible for pre-opening development and training activities for new facilities. Frequent travel and overnight stays required.
Bachelor?s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of community administrator experience with multi-site management experience required. Must live in or relocate to this area. Indiana Health Facility Administrator Licensure required. EOE
