Real Estate Investment Sales Job Opening in New York, New york - Capital Property Partners is looking for motivated and experienced real estate agents to join their unparalleled team in their Midtown Manhattan office. Cold calling, attending meetings, and building relationships with new and existing clients constitute what our agents do, and is what is expected of new hires, with these efforts facilitating the process of making deals. Training and mentorship is provided to help get you started on the way to generating business and closing multiple transactions. We are a boutique, off market real estate brokerage and acquisitions company, specializing in institutional sized deals in all real estate asset types. They include, but are not limited to: commercial buildings, residential towers, hotels, real estate portfolios, development sites, assemblage opportunities, and others. Over the last few years, the team here at CPP has closed nearly $4 billion worth in transactions. Although our firm has worked on deals all over the country, we primarily specialize in deals within the five boroughs of New York City.
A New York State sales license is required, and we prefer at least 4 years of experience as a real estate agent. We offer a 50% commission split, with the opportunity to have it increase to 60%, and due to the size of the deals that are done in our firm, the average commission check is over $500,000.
