Quality Assurance Specialist Job Opening in phoenix, Arizona - Quality Assurance Specialist Global call center outsourcing company seeks to hire 1-2 Quality Assurance Specialists (QA) to oversee daily quality assurance of a customer service/Instant Message Chat program. Must have previous experience in call centers, customer service, and understand the need to conduct quality assurance on a daily basis via scoring, call/chat monitoring, and coaching of other customer service operators. Must have excellent computer/PC skills, typing skills, knowledge of MS Word, Excel and reporting/analysis capabilities. Position will be full time, contracted on a monthly basis.
