Plant Controller Job Opening in Livingston, Tennessee - PLANT CONTROLLER ? UPPER CUMBERLAND REGION
Directs financial activities of the plant manufacturing facility by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel.
Must have prior experience within an automotive supplier facility as well as management of a financial team.
Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company.
Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
Directs preparation of budgets.
Advises management of daily, weekly, monthly efficiency, scrap, material variance, and other operational KPI?s.
Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets.
Arranges for audits of company's accounts.
Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
Records and prepares all financial reports of operations.
Analyzes financial transactions of the company and makes recommended solutions.
Initiates, recommends, or provides solutions through designated channels.
Recommends and implements cost savings through continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
