Customer Satisfaction Team Member Job Opening in chicago, Illinois - Customer Satisfaction Team Member JOB PURPOSE To work as an employee of a State Farm Insurance Agent providing stellar customer service to current clients with primary emphasis on retention strategies to insure customer are properly protected with life insurance, health insurance and property and casualty insurance. ABOUT THIS JOB Individual insurance and financial services tasks include updating policy information, in force policy service, case presentation preparation and troubleshooting client policy difficulties. Also includes appointment scheduling and confirmation, cross-selling and special projects. This position includes interaction with clients, underwriting, and office personnel to maintain the level of service to which our clients have grown accustomed. JOB REQUIREMENTS � Must have 2-3 years experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services in a support role � Must be detailed oriented and extremely well organized � Must have knowledge of insurance products and be able to explain to clients � Ability to handle policy owner service (policy changes, updates, inquiries) � Ability to answer incoming calls and handles unsolicited calls for inquiries from prospects and clients � Experience with general filing, & scanning � Experience with maintaining and confirming appointment calendar for multiple producers and Agent � Experience with compiling information and preparing client insurance summaries � Maintain accurate client database records � Ability to prepare client renewal reports for presentation Must have producer insurance licenses Must have some flexibility of work hours, occasional extra hours & Saturdays may be necessary to complete task chicago il illinois
