Titanium Processing Center, located in New Baltimore, MI, is currently seeking sales representation in specified territories. We are open to either direct-hire employees or sales firms that would serve as independent contractors. Each territory/situation will be analyzed based on the merits of the individual or firm.
Titanium Processing Center is a privately held distributor of titanium mill products. Products include titanium bar, sheet, plate, pipe, tube, forgings, fasteners & fittings. Titanium Processing Center is focused on expanding its market presence throughout the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities
Increase sales by developing new accounts and promoting growth with existing accounts. Identify and call on prospective customers within specified territory. Generate, process & evaluate new leads and submit results to management on weekly basis. Work with the accounting and quality control departments as required. When requested, submit activity reports to management. Travel as needed within territory, including overnight stays when necessary. Travel to headquarters in Michigan as required.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Effective time management & organizational skills Computer literate. Proficient with Microsoft Office. 3 years of outside sales experience in the metals industry (titanium preferred)
