Sales Representative Job Opening in Ferndale, Michigan - NALPAC is America's leading adult novelty distributor , stocking over 18,000 items with daily same day shipment service to customers across the globe. Nalpac is looking for driven individuals who are willing to aggressively pursue company goals within our fast paced, evolving and fun atmosphere.
Your Challenge:
As a Nalpac Sales representative you will be challenged to manage, build, and grow relationships with select existing and potential Nalpac customers. You will be working strategically with sales team management and ownership to develop and implement a sales plan and aid the existing team in expanding our market share.
Your Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Sales team and management, research the existing account base and to identity and develop sales opportunities.
Solidify the existing customer relationships by providing education, support and ensuring service goals are met.
Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing retailers including, evaluating current product usage, needs, gaps, and strategies to leverage into conversion to customers.
Travel to retailers to present new products and train local sales on product features, designs and selling points.
May be responsible for broad geographic accounts with travel in the Midwest and potentially throughout North America.
Your Profile:
Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of Field Sales experience
Experience with adult novelties or industry preferred.
Engaging the interest of the customer and draw them into meaningful, in-depth conversations
Educating the customer, not only about the sales organization's products and services, but also about industry trends and business issues
Relocation to Michigan is not required, but preferred.
Willing to accept a position largely compensated based upon performance.
Comfortable working in an adult business.
