Inside Technical Sales Representative Job Opening in Warren, Michigan - Overview :
Jomar Group, a manufacturer and distributor of innovative plumbing, industrial and HVAC components, is seeking a Inside Technical Sales Representative in their Hydronics division (HCi). The person will be responsible for accurately calculating and compiling estimates, entering purchase orders, and interfacing with customers concerning any technical inquiries.
Responsibilities :
Track projects throughout the design, bidding, and construction phases
Work with production to expedite orders from initial receipt to shipment
Maintain and build working relationships with prospective and existing customers through exemplary customer service
Provide technical support, answer incoming calls, and respond promptly to emails/queries
Identify opportunities using tools such as Bidclerk or CMD
Assist customers with order status, lead times, returns, and credits
Enter purchase orders and complete other day to day activities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
1-3 years experience in Plumbing, HVAC sales or related field preferred
Computer Program proficiencies: Strong Excel skills, Power Point, MS Word and Outlook
Strong verbal, written, and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Desire to gain knowledge and quick learner
