Banking and Insurance Sales Manager Job Opening in Pinson, Alabama - Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Offer solutions to help clients achieve their personal and financial goals while guiding them through the insurance or mortgage loan origination process.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements
Current L&H and/or P&C license with at least 2 years experience, OR Bachelors Degree, new grads are encouraged to apply.
Strong ethics.

A fearless attitude toward prospecting new customers, networking and building relationships.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Salary plus commission.
