We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our family owned franchise! We are looking for someone who loves working with people, is driven, reliable, a multi-tasker, has a positive attitude, and truly loves taking ownership in his or her work. Bottom line, you enjoy providing superior service!
As a Sales and Marketing Representative you will be responsible for accelerating sales volume by creating new customer relationships while further developing existing accounts. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process to ensure high customer satisfaction levels while developing long-term relationships. You will also participate in professional Associations for networking, provide "lunch and learn" sessions and promote Continuing Education (CE) courses.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new business for the Franchise through Route Sales
Maintaining professional relationships with SERVPRO clients
Promote and sell franchise services to meet or exceed assigned sales goals
Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
Learn and understand the basics of the estimating and production processes
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience handling warm leads and prospecting for new leads
Experience in the insurance, restoration, or property management industry a plus
Proficient using Microsoft Office products
Strong networking and relationship building skills
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Great organizational, analytical and time management skills
Able to work well without supervision, as well as within a team
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
