Title: Embedded C++ Developer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:
Designs and creates well designed and efficient code, working closely with other team members.
Takes ownership of moderately complex tasks and drives them to completion.
Helps break down and provides estimates for assigned tasks.
Excellent understanding of testing strategies to deliver quality software.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Continuously acts to enhance knowledge of new technologies, development processes.
Required Skills:
5+ years software development experience.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
LINUX architecture/Kernel internals knowledge.
Embedded/Real-Time Systems experience.
C/C++ development, debug environment experience.
Nice to Have:
LINUX device driver development experience
Embedded SOC platforms * SMP Systems
TCP/IP Internals * Satellite, WiFi or Cellular commercial communications protocol experience
Communications stack development experience
OMAP/ARM environment work experience
Knowledge of file system terminals
Familiarity with basic IO busses including OI2C, SPI, USB, PCI-E, etc.).
