Clinical Research Associate I Job Opening in Van Nuys, California - The MT Group is a hematology/oncology healthcare solutions firm founded by senior healthcare executives to support and facilitate the commercialization of medical technology and therapeutics to assist in the advancement of personalized medicine. We are seeking a project manager to:
Oversee and manage Research projects
Help create and implement study SOPs
Help with research site management (site selection, study site initiation, daily communication)
Interact with study Sponsors
Assist and oversee regulatory protocol issues (e.g. protocol deviations, IRB submissions and approvals, etc.)
Provide administrative support for senior management
Arrange and monitor the daily transport of study specimens
Maintain/QC study spreadsheets
Qualifications (required):
Must have a college or post-graduate degree or equivalent job experience and training
Must have at least 5 years experience in a science, research or medical setting
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must have full knowledge of computer with proficiency in Excel and Word
Qualifications (preferred):
Experience as a research coordinator or research associate
Experience with pharmaceutical clinical trials
Experience in the hospital setting
Oncology training
