Part-time Executive Assistant Job Opening in Long Beach, California - Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Completes a wide range of tasks, including correspondence, reports, tables, agreements, and so forth that require a high level of typing proficiency.
Produces high quality written communication with a minimum of supervisor?s time. Corrects, edits, rephrases, and provides punctuation as necessary to ensure that final copy conveys the intended meaning and is correct in detail.
Maintains sensitive and significant files and records with high level of integrity and discretion.
Deals with vendors and service providers to obtain services, supplies and equipment at the lowest, reasonable cost to the Credit Union.
May act as a project coordinator for special projects.
Work on projects of a confidential or complex nature necessitating exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy, as well as practical knowledge of the practices, procedures, policies, products and services of the Credit Union.
Prepare minutes of various meetings, including but not limited to Board, Supervisory Meeting, etc.
Have superior organizational and time management skills.
Assist with coordination of events, ordering, picking up and delivery of goods as requested.

High School diploma or GED required. College level business courses or Associate degree preferred.
Two years prior office experience, preferably for a financial institution.
Proficient with various Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
