Sr. Software Engineer Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Fahrenheit IT is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer for a client located in downtown Denver, CO.

About the position
As a Sr. Software Engineer you will be using JSF and richfaces to enhance and improve our current applications as well as use modern front-end technologies for greenfield development with our upcoming product.

Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Proficiency with these technologies, techniques and platforms are nice to have, but not required:
Understanding of Java and development procedures, usually mid- to data-tier
XML, including National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
Experience using relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
Implementing web services in a service-oriented architecture
WSDL, SOAP, WS-*, JAX-WS
Exposure to ESB, message patterns.
Linux and Windows system administration
WCF (or WSE)
Amazon Web Services or other cloud-hosted services/platforms
