Landscape architectural firm specializing in custom residential design seeks a motivated collaborative individual to join our team. If you are:

This position is responsible for:
Office Management
Supporting Marketing activities
Preparing letters
Reports
Proposals
Bookkeeping
Invoicing
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Coordination with payroll company, accountant, business, 401K consultants
Work with staff to update and track project budgets
Preparing Financial reports and office budgets
Clients Services
Coordinating and preparing for meetings
Supporting design team to address client needs
Skills and qualifications: college degree with experience with bookkeeping and business management. Must be highly skilled in Quick Books, Microsoft Office and Google Applications. Strong organizational and writing skills required. Qualified candidates should submit a cover letter and resume in PDF format via email and call .
