Essential Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for completing tenant certifications, assisting with leasing and unit transitions, and maintaining primary and back-up responsibilities for a variety of housing-related administrative tasks.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications : Working knowledge of HUD Occupancy regulations and Fair Housing, experience, Ability to work with individuals with severe mental illnesses, and experience working with property management software.
