Office Administrator Job Opening in Springfield, Virginia - About Us:

The prospective candidate must be independent, strong willed, thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multitask. Candidate must be organized, willing to change direction on a whim and have the ability to learn new skills. Quickbooks is a must. If you do not have quickbooks experience, please do not apply
Primary Responsibility:
- Communicate with clients about scheduling and payments
- Schedule and coordinate estimator
- Quick books operation (No accounting needed, just A/R and A/P, data input)
- Work with Construction Manager on scheduling jobs
- Keep office organized
Secondary Responsibility:
- Supply reports to management
- Coordinate with sister company
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering office related material
Requirements:
- Quick books - high priority
- Excel
- Word
