Job Description
Alltech International is currently seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join a growing IT Services support team. This is an exciting and challenging position serving an elite client base. The Project Manager supports our entire team of field employees and acts as our liaison between our field employees, clients, and our operations team. The person in this position will exercise judgment, initiative, and tact, make administrative decisions, by enforcing Alltech? s policies, procedures, guidelines and core values.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of professional experience
Prior experience in IT Recruiting or Sales
Understand basic Project Management fundamentals
Understand concepts
A highly organized person with special attention to detail.
Great Communication skills in person, over the phone, and electronically.
Able to have conversations related to reviews/employee and client financials
Willing to work in the office every day.
Must have the ability to listen to others, be an analytical thinker and a resourceful problem solver.
Must be able to manage part of the onboarding process of all new hires.
Must have strong relationship building skills, as an essential part of this position is connecting with our employees.
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
