Role and Responsibilities
Must be social, detail-oriented and have worked in a variety of hospitality environments, including bars, clubs, restaurants. While a degree in restaurant and hospitality management is an advantage, experience and references are highly valued.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Training and motivating. Charisma is a must. A deconflicting personality is necessary.

JOB ACTIVITIES
Licensing legislation requirements and legal responsibility for the premises.
Strongly enforce Health & Safety Rules. Floors, furniture, glasses, utensils. Developing a duty roaster is expected.
Inventory Control. You must be comfortable in Ms. Excel and math and understand units of serving. Numeration is the only constant.
Doing it. You will have to step out of your regular role. The industry culture is not based on self-interest but rather guests? feelings and wishes.
Manage Employee Contests & Engagements. Set metrics against organizational goals and develop strategies for sweepstakes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience in accounting or finance.
Preferred Skills
3 Years Hospitality Experience. MS Excel.
Additional Notes
Accounting or finance degree preferred but not required.
