Job Summary
As an established independent Safety Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to represent SALCON, INC. while conducting safety audits for different clients in manufacturing plants throughout the U.S.
Location
Must reside within the continental U.S. in close proximity to a major airport
Key Requirements
10 + years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health, preferably in industries
Thorough working knowledge of OSHA 1910 General Industry regulations and familiarity with safety management system auditing processes
Current certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
Ability, capacity and flexibility to travel extensively within North America
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and exhibit a high level of attention to detail
Ability to coach others and effectively communicate technical and safety regulatory concepts
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Must be an established independent legal entity such as LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, etc.
