Accounting Coordinator Job Opening in Zebulon, Georgia - Johnson Battery Company (JBC) is looking for a talented, enthusiastic person to help support our existing Accounting Department.
The Responsibilities
Process Invoices and Submit as needed to customers
Assist in managing Open Account Receivables
Clearly communicate the needs of our customers to JBC Account Managers
Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
Answer emails in an efficient and professional manner
The Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
Work ethic, attitude and personality that portray integrity, self motivation
Ability to focus, prioritize, and multi-task to help meet our customer's needs
Ability to operate basic office equipment
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
High School Diploma or GED
