Senior Accountant Job Opening in Effingham, Illinois - Agracel, Inc., an industrial development company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Effingham, Illinois.
The position will report to the Controller and be involved in the day-to-day accounting operations, including daily treasury management/cash receipts functions, maintaining account reconciliations and supporting documentation for various general ledger accounts, participating in the month-end and year-end financial closings and reporting, and other projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4+ years of previous accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred
CPA
Experience with/working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
