Major Responsibilities:
Daily follow up on company generated leads
Develop new business and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other third parties
Pre-qualify potential borrowers
Cursory review of appraisals
Gather borrower documents needed for approval
Calculate income from income documentation sent
Assist operations staff in obtaining any documents from third parties
Gather all items needed on underwriting approval
Coordinate closing date/time with the closing team, borrower, title agent, and Realtor
Set up closing call with servicing when needed
Minimum requirements:
College degree preferred
Computer aptitude/experience with mastery of Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines as well as independently.
Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem solving, analysis, and time management.
Interpersonal skills that forge professional relationships and support teamwork.
Desire to be the best.
