We are looking for multiple Inside Sales Specialists in our Asheville, NC headquarters! As part of our team you will be joining a group of dedicated professionals and be part of one of the fastest growing private companies in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
NO COLD CALLING
Work a base of existing customers or direct referrals to convert to potential sales.
Interface with existing customers via incoming/outgoing phone calls, text, and email regarding our resupply inventory and determine which products will meet their needs
Investigate and troubleshoot equipment issues with customers.
Provide excellent customer service to all new and existing customers, medical professionals, and referral sources.
Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts
Documentation creation and processing
Insurance verification and understanding of reimbursement procedures.
Order entry and data maintenance
Present Aeroflow services to new and existing customers.
Attend follow up training and make changes to sales processes as needed.
Ensure minimum of 80% of monthly sales goal is met each month.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle high call volume
Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team
Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Exceptional verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Self-disciplined with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and research issues that arise
Willing to work in a high stress, fast pace environment
Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics
Microsoft Office computer skills
Sensitivity to patient care issues
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality

Uncapped monthly commissions - Based on meeting or exceeding pre-determined goals overall compensation
