Marketing / Community Liaison / Sales for Home Care Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Golden Heart Senior Care of Charlotte is seeking a Marketing / Community Liaison for Home Care. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is driven, acts independently of others and excels in creating new contacts for an external marketing position in healthcare. Candidate does not need to have experience in healthcare but must have experience in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events and manage his or her own schedule.
Job Requirements
MUST HAVE: At least 1 year experience in sales / marketing capacities, with experience relevant to account acquisition and development in the health care field.
High school diploma. Associates or Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred
MUST HAVE: Superior and versatile ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers, clients, co-workers, and all supervisors.
Routine Duties:
Market to, and build relationships with, community referral resources who offer services to seniors and others in need of non-medical home care.
Seek out new referral sources in Mecklenburg County and the surrounding areas and act as a liaison for community events to build relationships with community organizations and to promote Golden Heart Senior Care of Charlotte services.
Give presentations to audiences of potential referral resources, clients, family members, and facility staff regarding home safety, medication adherence, and a variety of other topics regarding home care.
Ultimate goal of position is controlled and sustained company growth while maintaining and assuring high standards of service. This includes responding to requests in an efficient and professional manner, while reporting referral/employee comments and concerns to relevant supervisory staff.
This person will have lots of client contact for care oversight.
This position will provide significant autonomy within the broad constraints of predetermined goals and objectives. Frequent planning and debriefing meetings will be required to interpret and communicate sales progress, including regular staff meetings to update all administrative personnel.
The Community Liaison will assist with special project coordination at the discretion of the Director of Operations, such as expansion of existing programs.
