JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a sales representative to sell corporate health and wellness services to corporations and exhibitors. Duties include servicing customers and prospects throughout the United States and Canada in all aspects of our business, helping the business expand, managing and organizing different business segments and handling different projects as they come along with heavy emphasis on outgoing phone sales and relationship building to increase sales.
You will be selling Health Fairs, Medical Screening Events, Interactive Wellness Portals and other wellness services to Corporations and/or Exhibitors to fill current Health Fairs. You will be selling services that promote living a healthy lifestyle and well as prescreening corporate employees for potential health issues.
Position may include maintaining current clients as well as developing new sales.
Duties include but may not be limited to:
Developing list of prospective customers by various methods.
Calling on prospects to explain features of services, cost, and advantages.
Writing orders and scheduling initiation of services.
Conferring with customers regarding customer service, quality and handling client satisfaction.
Following up with customers with outstanding payables.
Building and maintaining relationships with our clients, creating new prospects and converting those prospects into clients.
Handling short deadlines in creating new clients to fill exhibitor spaces for our events.
Assisting in event planning and helping ensure there are good communications, written and verbal, with clients, prospects, other employees, management, and others, in all aspects of the business.
Handling many areas of the sales and delivery process including contracts, income, paperwork, databases, lead lists, inventory, event management, event delivery, etc.

Extensive experience in selling
Outbound telephone sales skills
Public Speaking experience is preferred but not critical
Social Networking skills
Ability to create new leads and follow them through to a sale
A proven track record in outgoing phone sales
Ability to work with Corporate Executives, medical doctors and other health and wellness professionals without regard to their ?social status? and ?title? and without feeling intimidated because he/she is ?The Doctor? or ?The CEO?, Etc.
Creative problem solving skills in order to properly handle the day to day issues that may come across their desk in order to create a satisfied client/prospect as well as to adhere to the policies and procedures of the company
The ability to quickly handle problems within company policy and procedures with minimal assistance and to work together to achieve the best solution without dropping the problem on someone else
Ability to handle pressure with a smile and view it as a challenge to take on
Ability to see projects through to their completion with the best interest of the company as the primary goal
Eager to grow with the position and suggest new ideas for business expansion

We have an expanding distributor network across the US and Canada and are working with other health and wellness companies who resell our products and services.
We work off of statistics in running our business and can tell how we are doing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Our staff is rewarded based on their statistics.
