Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Position Summary:
Responsible for routine bookkeeping duties paying special attention to accounts receivable.
Handle account reconciliations.
Resolve financial issues and handle daily monitoring of collection
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivable
Maintenance recurring billing to customers
Prepare and process daily billing and collection of Time and Materials invoices to customers\ * Ordering process
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years bookkeeping experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks required. * Strong decision-making skills and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver on multiple priorities.
Exceptional analytical and problem resolution skills; ability to exercise independent, sound judgment.
Bookkeeping certification
