T2B is looking for a Inbound Sales Person, responsible for wholesale accounts.
Working in the fashion e-Commerce world, we want to foster an image of excellence for the Company and our standard-setting customer care goals, reinforcing both the company's and the brand's philosophies.
Handle customer inquiries with a consistent, accurate, and friendly attitude.
Proactively looking for solutions and ways to service our customers.
Place outbound sales calls and campaigns
Make courtesy follow-up calls
Understand women?s apparel
Manage inquiries regarding our websites, products, promotions and orders
Complete and manage product exchanges, re-routes, and returns
Collaborate and follow-up with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Process orders as necessary
Professional experience within an e-commerce setting a plus
Excellent communication skills with a great attention to detail.
Customer experience-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to multi-task and stay well organized
Excited to work in a rapidly growing business
Social media trend awareness
