The Entry Level Inside Sales/Marketing Development Representative plays a critical role in growing our business. The main focus of this position is in developing qualified prospects for our sales process through cold calling, referral network nurturing, partner channel development, and management of various research and marketing programs designed to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification. Inside Sales/Marketing Representative Job Functions:
Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to HR and Financial representatives with the goal of setting a meeting for an Account Executive or Territory Manager.
Interact with prospects and provide high level offering of information
Generate qualified leads and increase contacts to be added to marketing campaign lists
Manage prospecting status and forecasting in CRM Solution
Follow up on Marketing Campaigns to further nurture targeted prospects
Work to drive attendees to local sales and marketing events
Education, Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
The Inside Sales/Marketing Development Representative position will work in the support of and under the direction of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and must be capable of performing in a responsible and efficient manner the techniques and tasks that are assigned. The ideal candidate must also be familiar with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook and Personal Computer operation.
Zero to three years of experience at a organization in a Sales Development, Marketing or Inside Sales role.
Strong work ethic
Fluency in English along with excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
BA/BS degree is preferred
