Customer Service and Sales Representative Job Opening in Florence, Colorado - We?re looking for a part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to help grow our agency. CSSRs are required to accurately meet customer expectations, answer policy and coverage questions and take every opportunity to cross sell insurance products. Responsibilities include:
Quote, sell and maintain insurance policies
Accurately answer all inbound customer requests
Manage premium payments
Outbound calls including appointment setting
Active CO insurance licenses must be obtained within 30 days if not already licensed. Opportunity for additional hours, paid leave, bonuses and commission available.
