Responsibilities:
Contribute to all phases of SDLC
Participate in current and new development initiatives
Adherence to standards and defined processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (required):
BSEE/BSCS/BSCE
High level language programming experience - C++/Java (3+ years)
Experience in architecting and designing solutions using OO methodologies (3+ years)
Embedded OS experience ? Linux, VxWorks, iOS
Experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies (3+ years)
Strong analytical, problem solving skills
The candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills
The candidate must be proactive, possess the ability to work independently and in teams
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (desired):
DOCSIS knowledge
Mobile application development on iOS/Android etc.
Qt development experience
Database experience ? SQL, SQLite, Oracle
Experienced with networking ? 802.11, Bluetooth, TCP/IP
Experienced in markup languages ? XML, QML, JSON
Advanced engineering degree (MSEE/MSCS/MSCE/PhD)
Experienced in microcontrollers or DSPs
Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts
