Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales) Job Opening in York, Pennsylvania - Summary of position
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by advancing the HR PHARMA Group Product line utilizing solution based concept selling skills to the marketplace. The Business Development Specialist acts as a member of an integrated team working in partnership with internal Customer Service Representatives, Business Development Managers, Sales and Operations Managers, Sales & Marketing Coordinators, and Director of Sales & Marketing to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Exceed assigned territory business development goals by managing, cultivating and advancing leads through lead management process.
Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics set by management.
Utilize technology platforms and data to analyze territory and effectively target accounts.
Effectively manage sales pipeline via HR CRM Platform.
Master features, benefits and value of aligned product lines and present these to clinical and economic call points utilizing appropriate situational sales methodology.
Effectively differentiate the HR PHARMA Group Product Line offerings.
Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users. Maintain positive working relationships with Distribution and GPO partners. Maintain active presence at top accounts.
Maintain knowledge of the current industry & competitive landscape including, GPOs, healthcare economics, competitors and competitive products etc.
Complete all administrative tasks including weekly sales activity reports, CRM Dashboards, new business forms, market feedback, etc.
Document all activities in HR CRM Platform.
Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of the medical device business and environment within healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and systems (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM System).
Strong past achievement record including quota attainment and exceeding sales objectives.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication.
Ability to successfully and appropriately interact with customers.
Experience in relationship building.
Excellence in process management and organizational agility.

Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree
Previous sales experience (Medical Sales a plus)
Previous experience with CRM is a plus
Working knowledge of the Healthcare Industry
