USA Sales Representative/Territory Sales Manager Job Opening in Cleveland, Ohio - Our client is a company founded in 1964 located in the North of Italy, manufacturer of electromechanical components for Home Appliances and flexible hoses for several application and industry. With 70 million Euro turnover, 500 employees and 5 plants in Italy, Poland, Turkey and India, the company is planning to develop its OEM and distribution network across the USA.
We are seeking a
USA Sales Sales Manager
who is going to effectively prospect, qualify, and generate leads for our company. The ideal candidate will bring ambition and the ability to develop a sales prospecting strategy into a start-up environment, starting from the States of Illinois /Indiana /Ohio /Pennsylvania /Virginia /Carolina North-South /Kentucky.
Key characteristics of the candidate :
5+ years of sales experience IN THE SECTOR of electromechanical components (plastic and rubber industry) and in any case of markets made by distributors and agents (not OEM)
Strong customer orientation and strong commercial spirit
Proactive and entrepreneurial thinking
Ambitious to grow
Has already good commercial network
Able to work alone and in team
Available to travel (both domestically and internationally)
Main responsibilities of the position:
Analyze and develop the distribution network across the USA (main duty)
Identify and develop distributors and agents to serve the market (main duty)
Establish and manage entire sales cycle with agents and distributors (from contract to logistics) (main duty)
Support and assist personnel from HQ in management of key OEM clients (Whirlpool, Electrolux, GE) (secondary duty)
Maintain contact with Technical Functions on HQ level for ongoing projects
Work on commercial offering in collaboration with Commercial and Technical function in HQ
Monitor supply chain
Develop sales budget and monitor results vs. budget
Markets: OEM for Home Appliances and distributors and agents for flexible hoses.
The sales office is located in Cleveland, OH.
