We are a custom designer and manufacturer of paper tube packaging for industrial, medical, cosmetics, and other consumer related markets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Two years minimum sales experience in manufacturing, paper industry or packaging industry preferred.
Experience with Sandler Sales Training preferred but not required
Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred
Must have an aptitude for applied mathematics and requires a thorough understanding of the characteristics, limitations, and applications of the materials used in tube manufacture.
Requires an aptitude for use of computers and an understanding of the business software, including Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office.
Must be coachable and willing to grow personally in order to support the growth of the company
Must have strong professional communications skills, including written, verbal & listening
Must have strong attention to detail, be well organized and able to multi-task
Must be able to work as a team, take pride in their performance and the products they sell
Must want to contribute to the greater good of our company
Must be willing to participate in the continuous training of Sandler Sales techniques
JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility for the day-to-day inside sales activity including communication with clients and production, qualifying leads and creating quotes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Qualify incoming leads generated thru marketing, website and trade show attendance
Process quote requests and enters sales orders for their new clients
Design packaging specifications and write work orders
Some customer service including communicating work in progress & order expediting
Build and maintain existing client relations thru regular communication and follow up
Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues not related to quality.
Maintains an effective interface with operations personnel
Maintains custom manufactured samples & sample kit inquiries
Reviews and updates their customer pricing annually or as needed
Responsible for tracking production?s progress of their orders
Maintains up to date data on their clients and prospects thru CRM & sales pipelines
Assigned projects from the President
Travel to trade shows
Visit customers or prospects as needed
Base salary with commissions for new sales. Benefits available.
